To kick off a new "year" in Cub Scouting, we Blasted Off!
I made a launcher that was tied into a bike pump. Each of the boys decorated a 2-liter bottle and we all headed to the parking lot to take turns launching the rockets.
The fun of it all is the water that rains down on those on the launching pad! The boys really enjoyed it and we plan to use this activity as an incentive this spring.
