New Callings

Some changes have needed to occur in our ward.  We've had a family move out, a couple more move in and juggling needing to be done in the auxillaries.  So last week I was called into the Bishop's office and called to the 1st counselor in Primary.  Not much has changed from when I was 2nd counselor as I'm still over Cub Scouts - wahoo!  Our new president is on top of things and really excited about her calling.

This past Sunday, our family was called in to meet with the Stake Presidency.  Yup, a little bit more drastic from the Bishop's call the week before!  President Shake met with Jake and myself as he was called to be the 2nd counselor in the Bishopric.

To be honest, I have seen his progression over the past few years.  He has been prepared for this calling as he was YM President and then EQ President.  It will be a big adjustment for us all, but I am quite proud of him and his growth!
