Snow Day

Yes, you read the date correctly as well as the title.  It's October 29th and we're having our first snow fall of the season.  Not quite sure how I feel about it yet.  It's been a nice lazy day, but I'm worried if this is just a precursor for the rest of the winter.

All of our events were cancelled for the day allowing us to be a bit lazy.  First thing I did was get out the trusty crock pot and put the normal enchilada stuffing in to cook.  After working in the basement on a few projects, I decided to make this delicious dessert found on Pinterest.  In case you don't know what Pinterest is, it's a highly addictive site with lots of great ideas, tutorials, recipes, etc.  I LOVE the site and spend a lot of time on it, but have actually done some of the things I've taken from the site.

I got this recipe from  Plain Chicken.  It's a Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread.  It's delicious and fairly easy to make.  It would be great for a game night or other laid back party-type atmosphere.
