Alyssa (Wissa) got her mission call to Chicago, Spanish speaking. She reported to the MTC in Mexico to be immersed in the language in September. It's hard to believe she's been out for 3 months already. And despite the challenges she has faced, she is doing quite well and has really seemed to grow a lot as a young adult and as a missionary.

Alyssa's open house was at our home one Sunday after church. It was nice and simple.
Paper and pens were available for people to write their well-wishes for Alyssa. The letters were sent to her while in the MTC.
